Respected Sir, My suggestion is with regard to stray animal's. In my opinion mostly of the street animal's (particularly dogs) are ill treated by most of the people and oftentimes by kids also either it is by kicking them to show dominance or by throwing pebbles just for fun respectively. On top of that, there are no nutritional facilities for these dogs also. My suggestion includes to install some kind of dog food tray (it should be responsibility of both genral public and both govt to fill these tray atleast one in three days) and a utensil through which a start animal can atleast have some water.These facilities should be made available by local government (municipalities and panchayat) and they should be the people concerned with taking up matters regarding atrocities against animals. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी आपके प्रयत्नों से देश हर तरफ विकास की ओर बढ़ रहा है हम आधुनिक तकनीक तो अपना रहे हैं लेकिन पुरानी व्यवस्थाएं ठीक करने में कुछ कमज़ोर से पड़ गए हैं । उसमें एक व्यवस्था है देश की ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था हमारे देश में लोग ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन चालान के डर से करते हैं , यदि उनमें बचपन से ही ट्रैफिक नियमों को पालन के भावना कूट-कूट कर भर दी जाए तो दुर्घटनाओं से होने वाली मौतें बहुत कम हो जाएंगी लोग वाहन स्पीड लिमिट में रखें आगे बढ़ने की होड़ में ओवरटेक न करें सड़क किनारे सीधे वाहन खड़े करें । पैदल चलने वाले भी चलती सड़क में वाहनों को हाथ दे देकर सड़क क्रॉस ना करें गलत ढंग से सड़क क्रॉस करने पर पैदल चलने वालों को भी चालान किया जाए। सबसे ज़रूरी बात है कि बारातों को सड़क पर चलने की अनुमति ना दी जाए। आप जो भी कहते हैं वह बात लोगों के मन में गहराई तक असर करती है उम्मीद है इस विषय पर भी आप मन की बात में ज़रूर कुछ कहेंगे।
