Dear Prime Minister Modi Ji, My name is Debasish Mandal and I am from Dibrugarh, Assam. Thanx for promoting and encouraging people's to adopt renewal energy in their daily life but sir I would like to request you to create awareness about the benefit of rooftop solar system among the citizens of Assam, as the penetration of Rooftop Solar System in Assam is comparatively lower in comparison to other parts of India. Sir Assam, with its abundant sunlight and vast untapped solar potential, offers a unique opportunity to harness clean and renewable energy through rooftop solar systems. Hence, you are once again requested to kindly raise this issue in you "Mann Ki Baat Program."

Hon Minister Shri Amit Shah ji In respect to Aadhar I would like to make following suggestions which will resolve long pending issue of migrants. 1. Issue aadhar to new children only if mother is having aadhar 2. and for those who still dont have aadhar lets have cut off date of 31st Dec 2023. 3. Going ahead this will help to monitor number of child per mother 4. Which will help to restrict subsidy to two child per mother 5. This will also help to monitor family as a whole for health, education etc. 6. Once we achieve this, we can look at suspicious aadhar holder. Please consider. Thank you.

We may think of converting some hospitals to only Operations Theatres where private doctors can come and operate. This will help to reduce patient queue drastically as some operations are day procedures like Kidney stones, Cyst, Abortion, Dialysis, Chemo etc. Such hospitals do not require any beds other than Operation theatres. This will also help many private doctors to start their practice without attaching to private hospitals where they are given targets.

Request to issue Directives to Ensure Work-Life Balance for Women Employees in Banks Respected Prime Minister's Office Namaste I have observed many times that due to work pressure in banks, women employees have to stay back very late in the office. Some times they have to go and work on holidays also, even on Sundays. This way not only their health is getting spoiled but also their relationships in home are disturbed. I humbly request for the support from our Honorable Prime Minister who already did a lot on women empowerment, to kindly issue some directives that prioritize women's well-being by not assigning work beyond official office hours by their office, thus allowing them to return home promptly. Thank You Jai Hind

Court cases : 1). Digital Data base management: Minutest database (in digital, soft form) of each person like: i). Name, address, Aadhar Card, Mobile Number, email IDs, case reference, FIR Ref. 2). Service of Notices through online digital mode: served on SMS, Email, Whatsapp - Not physical visit by Munshi, policeman 3). Outsource: above 2 data base and process management can be outsource to professional agencies (like TaTa , who are already handling Passport e seva and many defence projects of high secrecy). 4), Annual lie detector test of people in power handling public money and sentiments i.e. “TOP 100 Business leader, MPs, MLAs “ Important: 1). Please take point no. 2). On priority, since it will not take time but will save years of courts, judiciary, parties to the case 2). We citizens will come out of the confusion “गुरु , गोबिंद और जज खड़े , काके लागू पाँव”

An idea of a govt aided advertisement came to my mind. Want share it. Some person is being harrassed or some one is littering in open, some one interrupted the rogue person. In reply the person doing wrong says तुम्हें उससे क्या आसपास के लोग एकसाथ मिलकर बोलते हैं "ये मेरा देश है, और मैं इस देश का नागरिक हूं"

https://www.euronews.com/green/2022/01/17/scientists-have-made-peas-grow-faster-by-electrifying-them ? Electrifying peas may sound like a strange way of encouraging plant growth, but a high-voltage field could hold the answer to boosting fruit and vegetable production. A 1900 study cited experiments showing that potatoes grew six times heavier with an underground jolt while carrots took on ‘unusual’ proportions. It has never been rigorously researched or widely used in agriculture. But more than 120 years after the first paper, a new study claims that a renewable-powered electrical device can do the same trick. Researchers at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing put a small ‘triboelectric nanogenerator’ amid the plants to create an electric field. The device is powered by a mixture of wind and rainfall removing one of the barriers to electroculture Improve electroculture so as to be used instead of color 150d in tropicana apple Delight.(refer previous submission)
