Employees get 2200Rs/month in Food Cards(Sodexo,Zeta..)Approximately 100Rs/day for 22 Working days.The amount is exempt from tax amounting to 26,400 Rs annually.The kind of market rates that are prevalent 100 Rs is hardly enough for 1 meal per 1 person. Most healthy food items / Lunch Costs / Rice Meal costs range from a minimum of 300-400 Indian Rupees per person.If the limit is increased to a minimum of 250Rs per day ie.5500 Rs/month,Salaried class will be happy with extra tax exemption they will be getting.As you already know the salaried class is burdened with taxes, they end up paying 30% of direct taxes & again huge amounts of indirect taxes.Since allocation of food cards is a transparent process,It can be easily monitored & there will be less chances of fraud which does not add any kind of stress to Finance Ministry or IT Dept for scrutinizing. Salaried class is undergoing a lot of financial stress and heartburn because of the hole that taxes burn in their pockets.Please Help

We need to amend the Special Marriage Act 1954 by including laws for polygamy and polyandry. There could arise special circumstances where polygamy and polyandry maybe required such as acute gender disparity in a region or to populate a region with very low population, ofcourse these may not be the only reasons since if partners willfully agree for either polygamy or polyandry for emotional, financial or any other reasons then our laws need to support these situations. Assuming that either partner is financially well to do and can afford supporting multiple families then they should be encouraged to adopt an orphan from any of the Govt. recognised orphanages at the time of their polygamous marriage registration. Religious laws and traditions are enforcing polygamy and polyandry, however by legalizing, polygamy and polyandry will not be enforcing on the partners.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी मैं प्रार्थी पीयूष कुमार पुत्र सुरेंद्र गोंड जो मेरी जाती अनुसूचित जनजाति व उपजाति गोंड हैं जो मैं यूपी के बलिया जिले से हूँ जो मेरे बलिया जिले में 2011 के जनगणना अनुसार गोंड जाति कि संख्या 134000 थी जो 2017 में कार्यरत जिलाधिकारी ने आदिवासी समाज को परेशान करने हेतु किसी कारणवश उन्होंने शासन को यह आख्या भेज दिया कि इस बलिया जिले में गोंड जाति की संख्या शून्य है जिसके उपरांत 2017 से लेकर अब तक इस वर्ग का जाति प्रमाणपत्र जारी नहीं किया जा रहा हैं और ना ही इस समस्या को निस्तारित किया जा रहा है जिसके फलस्वरूप इस आदिवासी समाज का विकास की गति स्तब्ध सी हो गयी हैं l महोदय मैं आपसे विनम्र आग्रह करता हूँ कि माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी को आदेश दे इस समस्या को निवारण करने के लिए l जो इस कार्य के निराकरण उपरांत इस अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग मे खुशी लहर उठ जाएगी l
