Dear PM, Thanks for the ongoing continuous improvement programs. Some small things or issues related to the general public can make a huge impact on the safety of citizens/ foreign travelers and others. The issues are listed below: 1) Road Safety - The level of Road safety to be improved in Bharat, the government should run public mass awareness campaigns on digital media (news, YouTube, Instagram) to improve the level of awareness among the general public (ex- wrong side driving, overspeeding, and drunk-drive, etc.) For cab drivers, drug tests must be compulsory for every six months / 1 year. 2) Animals on the road are also another big concern - The reason for several road accidents, several kids are losing their lives due to dog bites- and remedial actions must be prioritized. 3) Street Beggars are another big issue as some beggars are involved in crime, govt with the support of NGOs must make arrangements for these (Beggars) poor or needy people. Namaste Modiji. I want to address something related to medical field. My husband 's kidneys failed n he is waiting for transplant. I am the donor. So half way through. But due to non availability of injection simulect, the surgery is being postponed for more than 3 months. On extended survey, i find out that the company that supplies the injection has taken back the last lot due to some contamination. They are yet to deliver the next lot. My surgeon Dr. R. Vijayakumar, Nephrology chief of Billroth Hospital, chennai, is having transplant surgeries lined up including ours. There are many hospitals and patients like this waiting for this medicine. Are we not competitive enough to produce the medicine ourselves? Or, are we not strict enough to insist on timely supply of life saving medicine like this,?
