Sir, In today's scenario in most of the family both the husband and wife are working and nobody is their to look after their children. To manage work and home these parents arrange for the household help and also babysitter for taking care of the children and home. But getting reliable helper is one of the most painful thing for working parents. Even if anyhow helper is arranged most of them take advantage of working parents circumstances and not fulfill their duties and this affects mental and personal growth of a child. This also affects work of parents at their job due to tension of child. Female workers are most affected as basic responsibility of taking care of children is of Mother.Females have to choose between job and family in these circumstances. I suggest government to open a department which provide jobs to needy workers by a way of government portal to working parents on a reasonable rates.And control mechanism should be maintained to handle these workers.

Menstrual cycles result in mental stress, discomfort, UTI, fungal and bacterial infections resulting in future infertility and birth complications. 2 crore adolescent girls dropout from schools annually. Villagers and slum women can be saved if the govt. mandates its employees or institutes at the central and state level to guide and spread awareness in at least 1 village/yr. Local elected leaders should also compulsorily organise at least 2 camps/yr. on menstrual hygiene and its need, for men and women, if required, alternately. There is noting dirty or impure about periods; superstitions, taboos and prohibitions need to be curbed in all cultures. Please include this issue in a more elaborate manner in school curriculum. Promote open discussions. The MHS and waiving GST from sanitary pads by govt. are appreciable but still some prefer things like cloth (used multiple times), ashes and dry leaves. My JNV provides free pads but its cost needs to be reduced to make it accessible to all.

Dear Sri Modiji, Bharath, our mother country amazing track record in all leval including economic leval, Space, (ISRO is never beating space agency in worldwide ).... but now G20 time i am in New Delhi. Some of areas in (Central )children's are begged in many places, including train. secondary in reservation compartment also children's begged &many items like ciggerate, panparag..... like business. No checking properly. So these type of activities compulsory want stop. Second our "women's are amazing track record contributions given many of platform in developed Bharath. So they want equal employment opportunity to every development sector. So any kind of implementations to favour of our "Naari Sakthi ". Thank You

My concern is the “Noise Pollution “on the name of festivity & religious practices DJs have made our lives miserable. We seniors have to live with utter nuisance of loud noises at the events like Ganpati, Navratri, mairrages , Diwali etc. Why can’t government control & monitor strictly the implementation of the law regarding noise level of 55 decibels in public places. At present such a loud thumping of DJ with irrelevant filmi songs is heard that my heartbeats are increasing. Are your vote bank practices are more important than senior citizens’ lives. I am so so deeply disappointed by government’s least concern for this issue. Every day nuisance force us to have least faith in governance. Please take up issues of Noise pollution & its implications in your Man ki Baat . I am in tremendous agony due to authorities’ silence on the issue.
