Bharat is a combination of states. Democracy has some fallacies and one of those is that at the central level, various plans are being executed at the national level. However, implementation at the state level varies , depending on the alignment of the government at the centre and the political agenda of the party ruling it. It is suggested that PM takes stock of state level implementation of policies with CM in attendance in video conference and the video be live streamed for the country. This would enable better transparency of policies being implemented.

Implementing such a system would not only simplify the application process but also align with the vision of Digital India.
