My humble request to Hon’ble PM to consider the matter of Menstrual leaves/special leaves for working women (even in private sector) in order to ensure proper health and well being. According to me, considering the population of transgender community, reservation or nomination for them is very important. The reservation for Anglo-Indians mentioned in Articles 331 and 333 of the Constitution (which has been abolished) should be replaced by the same provision for the transgender community. 🙏
