Honourable Prime minister sir, In our nation most of the government department recruit new employees through Staff Selection commission.Every year they are announcing more than 6 examinations which having two tier exams document verification etc. In SSC region they are posting the list of nominated candidates which already selected in other regions. This might be affect the aspirants and also they are taking long time to post reserved candidates list. I think it's due to heavy work load of SSC but it will take so long time of 3 yrs from examination to post such results. This will affect lot of aspirants who are waiting for the Job And also I suggest a change in SSC selection post process. Please post merit list of candidates and selection list and then do the certificate verification. Otherwise the aspirants who are not in the merit list waste their precious time as well money they spent to reach Regional Head offices Thank you Jaihind.

11. We have to maintain our place clean and neat. Pollution happening not only land , air , water also. We can use chemical free products in water bodies, vehicle maintenance are important along with land pollution. As festival season going on people should consider go green, local organic products, plastic free activities. It is good for all. Festival is the one which increases the income for local products. Especially sanathana dharmic festival will increase the the income for small scale businesses like flower selling people, vegetables etc. So sanathana dharmic ways is everything depends each other, everybody happy. It is kind of team work and spreading prosperity, happiness and peaceful. Our temple concepts also like that only. So we will be prosperous always if sanathana dharmic ways.

Mandatory pre-litigation mediation courts Should ask parties to mediate before filing a lawsuit. This is known as mandatory pre-litigation mediation. It is becoming more common in many countries, including the United States & Canada There are a number of reasons why courts encourage mediation. Mediation is a voluntary process in which a neutral third party helps the parties to resolve their dispute on their own terms. It is often faster, cheaper, & less stressful than going to court. Additionally, research has shown that people are more likely to comply with & be satisfied with agreements that they have reached themselves through mediation.Courts may require mediation in a variety of types of cases, including: • Family law cases, such as divorce and child custody disputes • Civil cases, such as contract disputes, personal injury cases, and property disputes • Commercial disputes • Employment disputes In some cases, courts may require mediation before allowing a lawsuit to procees

Make Nariman Point and Masjid Bunder a more attractive destination for businesses and tourists Indian government should make Nariman Point a more attractive destination for businesses and tourists.by building 100-storey hotels, a big convention center, in Nariman Point a cruise port, and revamp Masjid Bunder small offices to large corporate office would create new jobs and boost the local economy. Additionally, you should allow casinos in the hotels to attract tourists. Nariman Point is a prime location in Mumbai, India. It is located on the southern tip of the city, and it is home to many businesses and government offices. It is also a popular tourist destination, due to its proximity to the Gateway of India and other popular attractions. The cruise port would allow tourists to easily arrive in Mumbai and explore the city. I believe that this would be a great way to boost the local economy and attract more tourists.

Our PM promoted UPI payment which has been a grand success. Even small business are gaining through this cashless transaction. As small vendors are involved who have found it user-friendly. A small credit lines based on the traction could be extended for better buying power of the vendors & buying should be a total digital transaction. Govt has saved printing currency notes & coins. It would be a good gesture to give incentives to give back something for a limited period. Also additional saving schemes, insurance cover, education loans, home loans could be thought of for outstanding performers. These schemes will have long lasting impact on small time vendors for the growth of the nation. Political parties come and go but these things will be ever lasting. Today being auspicious day & opening of the Bharathiya sansad let good constructive thought process prevail for the Worlds largest democracy. Mera Bharath Mahan jai hind

Respected Sir, With due respect I would like to thanks government for women’s reservation bill and would like to further draw your attention towards increasing maternity leaves from present 6 months to nine months. Caregiving is an essential role in our society bestowed upon women, be it giving care to elders or children. Children below one year need exclusive care from mothers. World health Organisation also recommends exclusive breastfeeding for about the first six months. Since many a times women have to take their maternity leave week or month before the expected date of birth owing to health issues or discomfort during last stages of pregnancy, they don’t get enough time for essential care of baby ; maternity leave expiring before baby turns 6 months old. Fears of not being able to give enough time to their child at crucial stage and pressure from families to give importance to care giving first than her career, many women are forced to leave their job.
