Seniority for citizens should be considered at 60 instead of 70 for many benefits as the majority of people hardly survive till 65 or 70. 2. The parali burning around the farms around Delhi and punjab can be reduced and the problem of air pollution can be solved by utilizing the parali as an alternative fuel for generating electrical energy. Secondly it can be used by compressing it hard by 3d printing as a row material in civil construction. This can be a source of additional income to poor farmers 3. There should be more availability of generic medicines of a better quality. 4. tobacco and alcohol should be completely banned.
