Hello Sir, I would like to draw your attention to most discussed topic after 2016 is IEPFA amongst investor. It is good step to stop the fraud but the IEPFA authority is very slow to process the claims and no response from them if we mail to them & their helpdesk line 14453 is always busy. It seems nobody is there to help the investor. Now it feels this is unnecessary step has taken by the government which has no timelines to approve the claims. Even I feel there is shortage of manpower to process the claims. So there is lapse in system not in people who are working.
