मेरा तीसरा सुझाव काम के वर्कलॉड को लेकर हैं। आज के समय में लोग 9 घंटे या 10 घंटे काम किए जा रहे हैं। नतीजा ये हो रहा है कि इससे लोग डिप्रेशन का शिकार ज्यादा हो रहे हैं। मेरा सुझाव ये है कि इस 9 या 10 घंटे को कम करके 6घंटे किया जा सकता है। इससे काम के 4 शिफ्ट बन सकते हैं। 6x 4=24। अब सोचिए इससे उन लोगों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर पैदा होंगे जिन्हें, काम नही मिल रहा है। समस्या खत्म नहीं होगी लेकिन इसे कम जरूर किया जा सकता है।

एक और सुझाव ये है कि बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियां जिसमे कई मीडिया चैनल भी शामिल हैं। ये लोग जॉब के नाम पर सिर्फ वैकेंसी निकालते हैं लेकिन बिना कोई इंटरव्यू के आपस में ही सांठगांठ करके अपने लोगों को रख लेते हैं। नतीजा ये है कि जो हकदार है, उसे कुछ नहीं मिलता है। इन सारी बातों का एक ही अर्थ निकलता है कि ये लोग एक प्रकार से धोखा दे रहे हैं। अगर जॉब पर रखना नही है, तो वैकेंसी क्यों निकालते हैं। सिर्फ दिखावा करने के लिए?

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी, मेरा एक सुझाव है रोजगार को लेकर। भारत में रोजगार एक समस्या बनता जा रहा है। कई कॉलेज और इंस्टीट्यूट सिर्फ नाम के लिए खुले हैं लेकिन वो पैसे तो ले लेते हैं लेकिन प्लेसमेंट की जब बात आती है, तो कुछ नहीं करते हैं। मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि इस विषय पर ध्यान दीजिए। जब तक कॉलेज और कंपनियों के बीच तालमेल नहीं बैठेगा, लोगों को रोजगार नही मिल पाएगा।
