ಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಕೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದರೆ ಕೇವಲ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೆಲಸಗಳು ಆಗಲಾರದೆ ಅವರ ಸ್ವಾರ್ಥಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಂತು ಬಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾದ ನಂತರ ಆಯಾ ಊರಿನ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರುಗಳು ಊರಿನ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಜಾತಿಗೆ ಅಂಟಿಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಜಾತಿಗೊಬ್ಬ ಪ್ರಜ್ಞಾವಂತರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳ ಜೀರ್ಣೋದ್ದಾರದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಗಮನ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ದುರಾಡಳಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗದೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ನ್ಯಾಯಯುತವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಜಾತಿಗೊಬ್ಬ ಸೇರಿ ಕಮಿಟಿಯಿದ್ದರೆ ಯೋರೊಬ್ಬರೂ ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡದೇ ಒಬ್ಬರಿಗೊಬ್ಬರು ಸಹಕರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪತದತ್ತ ಒಯ್ಯಬಹುದು.

Every Aadhar holder after age of 18 can create a digital will, with video records or audio records or text records linked with Aadhar numbers. Only after death of those digital Aadhar number, these will can be given to responsible Nominees linked Aadhar numbers immediately. Or designated people if they are living in abroad.
