Fire exit doors are not available nowadays in every standalone G+3 building. If a fire breaks out on the first floor, what should a person living on the third floor do? Should they jump from the third floor to the ground? If they jump from that height, they could suffer severe injuries or fractures. Waiting for the fire brigade to rescue them might not be safe either, as the fire could spread to other floors and engulf them. In many places, the roads are so narrow that a fire truck cannot easily maneuver. you can suggest to urban planning team & state government to work collaborate to mitigate the safety concerns. every state government definitely will work on this.

I have a suggestion that corporates should be encouraged to maintain existing staffs so that more employees can remain peaceful in our country. I believe most people will think of settling down once a promising job is obtained. But if the corporates keep on laying off its employees, and recruiting new ones in order to save the expenditure, there will be more unemployed and unsatisfied people in our country during your tenure. So long as the citizen is happy, they will pray for the good of the administrator and in turn good things will happen in the nation. So some benefits should be given to those employers who maintains their existing staff. The govt. while taking statistics of new employment given, should also keep and announce a statistics of employees who have ended jobless and from which companies and those employers who are more productive with their existing employees should be given awards / recognitions.
