THE DEVELOPMENT IS NEW SIGN OF DEGRADING POLITICAL DIALOGUE AND THE LACK OF MINIMAL COOPERATION IN THE INDIAN POLITICS. THE INVOCATION BY SOME POLITICIANS OF THE GREAT CONSPIRACY THEORIES IS ALSO VERY VERY CONCERNING IRONICALLY THE USE OF THE POPULAR TERM , DEEP STATE IS BEING SEEN IN THE PREVELANT RHETORIC. Dear Prime Minister, Scraping of old 2/4 wheelers lying ideal in the housing societies, police stations, government irrigation and PWD premises. Request you to set a deadline for all the citizens to scrap the unused old vehicles and instruct the cooperative housing societies to clear off these vehicles. All police stations have a heap of confiscated vehicles lying ideal for many years. The government offices of PWD and Irrigation have their old scrap vehicles since many years. Many garages have such vehicles standing along the road side.
