Sir,The biggest problems for SENIOR CITIZENS and WIDOWs and all senior persons who have before years made investment in EQUITY shares as they are harassed by RTA of co and Co by MISUSING circulars of SEBIE because SEBIE has made circulars in last two years and same are applicable for 20 years old investments and before 20 years old proofs are asked by using SEBIE circulars.One circular of SEBIE MASTER CIRCULAR DATED 7-5-24 "FOR CHANGE IN NAME ON ACCOUNT OF REASONS OTHER THAN MARRIAGE-PUBLICATION OF NAME CHANGE IN OFFICIAL GAZETTE,AND ANY ONE OF OUT OF SEVEN DOCS MENTIONED IN ANNEXURE 12"This is so horrible that this is against GOVERNMENT GAZETTE NOTIFICATION showing old name and new name and by using this circular RTA are not considering application of share holders of co and due to this all small town/village people will lose ther money as this circular docs were not available before 20 years.SEBIE is telling that they are working in favour of investors but actually this is against .

The election commission periodically enumeration the voters list While enumeration when they found some people did not reside in the address they removed their name from the voters list During enumeration they also know the new person reside in the address while they removed the absence persons they must add the name of the new person reside in the address in the voters list They must not just remove the name they must enroll the new person reside name in the voters list They must not make the people go around the office to enroll the name in the current address During enumeration they must add the new person reside name in the voters list

I am herewith submitting my humble suggestion with request to please upgrade the system of issuance of Aadhaar ekyc based "Marriage certificate" by capture of biometric and demographic details of the Indian bride/groom and their parents/guardians, and three withness and head of religious chief biometric and demographic details and kindly issue electronic marriage certificate with photo of the bride and groom with electronic signatures of all the three withness and head of the religious chief and e-signature of the issuing authorities. This is just for the promotion of e-KYC authentication system technology.

Aadhaar should contain Ancestral NATIVE address of person, may be optional but should include in Aaadhaar data. Can be useful for future activity. ID size card to have same what it is now but on big A4 downloadable Aadhaar top side to have both current and Ancestral NATIVE address.
