Yet this beach has become burial ground for top politicians and they have occupied 5 sq km of beach. Every other natural resources have a governing Body or uniquely identified Authority with a responsible officer managing it for Forests - an Indian Forest Officer is responsible, for DAMS, DAM managing Committee, Animal Zoos have a Zoo Director. Hence on those lines, Each Beach stretch needs to be managed by an Indian Forest Service officer for its upkeep, cleanliness and ensure natural beauty. Now, there is none to take care of it and comes under control of a Corporation Commissioner who is burdened in managing city limits. Hence, request you Sir, to established Beach Administration Authority to manage beaches efficiently and effectively. In Kerala, beach are just enjoyable and in Marina beach, Chennai & Juhu Beach, it is most disgusting experience.
