प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं संदीप कुमार २० वर्ष से स्टूडेंट्स को कंप्यूटर प्रोग्रामिंग पढ़ा रहा हूँ। इन २० सालो मे मैने बहुत से बदलाव देखे है , अच्छे भी बुरे भी, और यह महसूस किया है की दुनिया मे हम हिंदुस्तानी यदि No 1 है तो सिर्फ अपनी बुद्धि व् कार्यकुशलता के कारण। हम मेहनत से पीछे नहीं हटते थे। लेकिन मुझे ये बताते हुए दुःख हो रहा की आजकल छात्रों की mental , physical एक्टिविटीज लगभग शुन्य हो गयी है। वो अपनी बुद्धि का प्रयोग नहीं करते हर समस्या का हल इंटरनेट से सर्च करते है , जिससे उनकी कार्यकुशलता कम हो गयी है , वो अपने मोबाइल मे रील्स मे व्यस्त है और खुश है , मेरा आपसे निवेदन है की साथ दी गयी पीडीऍफ़ जरूर पढ़े

यह मेरा दुर्भाग्य है की 24/7 इनकी गंदी संगत मेरे साथ होती है ये दो लोग हैं एक आतंकी दूसरा डिजिटल विज्ञान दोनों भारत की संस्कृति को छिन्न-भिन्न करने की चाहत रखते हमेशा गंदगी की तरफ धकेलते इनका वाइब्रेशन शांत होना चाहिए कांग्रेस एक गंदी, लुटेरों की पार्टी है

Jai shri Krishna Respected Sir,आज के समय का सब से बड़ा आम आदमी पर टोल टैक्स का भार पड़ रहा है ओर क्यों कि मै शहरी क्षेत्र के साथ साथ ग्रामीण इलाकों से जुड़ा हुआ हूं डिवीज़न ऑफिसर हूं ओर लगभग हर निजी वाहन वाला चाहता है कि उनकी या तो गाड़ी पर टोल ना लगे या बहुत नॉमिनल हो 10 या 20 रुपया आज हमारी सरकार कि वजह से भारत तरक्की कर रहा है ओर आम आदमी को अच्छी सडक मुहया करना हमारा फर्ज है आप से प्रार्थना है गुजरात राज्य कि तर्ज पर निजी वाहनों को टोल मुक्त किया जाये ये आने वाले समय मै 1 बड़ा राजनैतिक मुद्दा बने गा क्यों कि जनता पर इस का अतिरिक्त भार बढ़ता है हां जो रोड से कमा रहे है वहां थोड़ा ओर बढ़ भी जाय तो इतना फर्क नही पड़े गा वे से भी पेट्रोल,डीजल ओर CNG के भाव बढ़ रहे है ए से मै हमारी सरकार यदी आम् जन को फायदा दे तो इस का सकारात्मक परिणाम मिले गा..सेवा मै सदैव आप का लक्ष्मण जय श्री राम

Please invest in MOOC courses for AI, Digital literacy and data Sciences and linkage of humanities to AI to make our youth skill development programme effective with a view to prepare them for future. These courses should be free on digital platforms like SWAYYM and should be aligned with higher educational institutions.

Given that five months have passed since then, I would like to request an update on the current stage of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) submission and the anticipated timeline for its completion.
