As of 2024, BSNL is experiencing a revival in the Indian telecom market, primarily due to recent government support and a strategy to capitalize on price hikes by private players like Jio and Airtel, leading to a significant increase in their subscriber base, although their network coverage and speeds still lag behind in comparison to private operators, particularly in urban areas; they are actively rolling out 4G services and are planning for 5G deployment in the near future to further improve their position. Bsnl should not lose this opportunity and be a leader in telecommunications. Ground reality is that sufficient infrastructure is not available in BSNL offices. Latest desktops should be given to employees which will increase efficiency. Even now employees don't have desktops to process, they are processing with their own mobiles. With this scenario BSNL is lacking with other telecom with infrastructure in BSNL offices in India.

Dear Sir , As a Part of Digital India - 2047 1) All the Records at M.R.O , MPDO , Irrigation Depts , Schools , All Govt offices has to be Make Scan and upload in separately designed software. 2) Allocate some budget for digitalization of Records at all Govt offices including States 3) Grants has to release to the states by showing the progress. 4) Pls send a team to visit all Govt Offices and get feed back of Records and their maintainence 5) The young officer of 2047 has to get any details by just a single click by opening software. He should not have to wait for a file that is swimming in dust for years.

Dear Sir , As a Part of Digital India - 2047 1) Bring A New Software Pan India Wide for Revenue Record Purpose at MRO office. 2) In that software bring all new features i .e when ever a land details are going to change at hat moment take Three step authentication : Deputy MRO - MRO - RDO 3) At the time of approval biometric , facial Recognition of authentic officers has to be taken. 4) Proper Justificstion , Proofs has to submit by officers in digital form in that software. 5) If valid approval has not been done in 15 days , that matter has to escalate to Dept of Revenue , District Collector office. 6) If District Colletor also has not justified the same with in 15 days that matter escalate to Dept of Chief Secretary , Revenue Dept. 7) In this Process The land owner need not go to MRO office. he just apply from E- Seva by paying simple Challan , by uploading required proofs. 8) Stage by Stage Message information has to sent to land owner.
