My sister Smt. Durga Parameshwari is doing some foot mats by using scrap, torn cloth pieces. There is good demand for such foots. I told here to make use of her free times. I explained her about our Prime Ministers speech in Mann Ki Bat about recycling the scrap items.

Sir, in kanpur city due to land encroachments roads are becoming more and more narrow and garbage on the side of roads gives a very bad image of city. land encroachments should be strictly prohibited by government and strict actions should be taken for occupying public roads and area. Authorities concerned should be made accountable for the huge garbage lying beside the road or in public area.

I switched to full time agriculture in 2016 after working due to my fathers kidney transplant. Once I entered agriculture, I found that the traders and middlemen have been exploiting our nutmeg farmers since the market is determined by exporters and big merchants. I formed the Pollachi Nutmeg Farmer Producer Company Ltd, to collectively sell our nutmeg for a better price. We are a small group of 120 nutmeg farmers. We began by addressing the quality of the nutmeg by educating the farmers about the scientific cultivation and good post harvest processing. We have more than 3 crores turnover in 2024, we paid more than 14 lakhs as GST.
