Census  should be conducted quickly. The census should not be postponed for the demand for a caste wise census. The survey is important for workers' wages, public distribution, funds for the states, the country's infrastructure development, parliamentary constituency restructuring and social welfare programs. So the government should immediately initiate preview measures for census work. During the census, the government should ask the public about what the government is planning to add. There is no need to conduct a caste survey. Census information requires essential needs, including workers' wages, funds for states and public distribution. Therefore, the census should be conducted immediately.A census is essential to improve the country's health structures. Male female proportions have declined in many states. Increases the number of elderly people. The census should be conducted for the welfare of the people

Honorable Shri Modi ji, Kindly share my idea with your ministries in order to secure our border states of Arunachal Pradesh & U.T. of Leh & Ladakh against future chinese invasion (A Chanakya Niti Blueprint?) : How about creating an "Indo-US Economic Corridor" there that could also increase our productivity in key infrastructural areas like renewable energy, etc. ? ISI quality mark should be made mandatory for all products sold in e-commerce in India. Selling fake products is currently increasing. Only online dealers authorized by the manufacturer should be involved in e-commerce marketing in India. Guidelines should be developed for e-commerce dealership. Trade through e-commerce should be regularized. There are many frauds targeting consumers. People should not be cheated in online trading. Additional restrictions should be imposedEven though it is an online market, restrictions and monitoring are necessary. Non-brand and brand products that do not have ISI quality certificate should be banned from e-commerce platforms. Even if they are foreign products, they should be allowed to enter the Indian markets only if they have ISI quality certificate from the Government of India. It is wrong not to prevent the sale of fake and low-quality products. It is an act of destroying honest traders. The Government of India should not allow it.

Honorable Shri Modi ji, Kindly share my idea with your ministries for due deliberation in order to secure our border states of Arunachal Pradesh & U.T. of Leh & Ladakh against future chinese invasion (A Chanakya Niti Blueprint?) : How about creating an "Indo-US Economic Corridor" there such as to protect our strategic border areas & also increase our productivity in key infrastructural areas like renewable energy, etc. ? Could we let American companies invest & provide technical collaboration there? (Dr. Sangam Mehta, Pediatrician,Ahmedabad, Whatsapp : 9368463648)

Respected & most beloved PM Sir, I request you to address Autism and the need for Early Identification & Intervention in Mann Ki Baat. April 2nd is World Autism Day, and April is the Autism Awareness Month—an ideal time to raise awareness. As a Homoeopathic doctor & Early Intervention Specialist, I relocated from Karnataka to Secunderabad in 2006 after my daughter Phalguni’s diagnosis. I trained at NIEPID (formerly NIMH) and served there for 15 years. Concerns: 1 in 50 newborns is diagnosed with Autism. Causes are unclear, but early identification (before 18 months) can work wonders. Without timely intervention, today’s children will become adults with Autism, impacting the nation. A humble request from a mother, professional & responsible citizen. Thank you. Dr. Rajeshwari R T BHMS, MSc-DS-EI, BEd Spl Edn (MR)

Respected Honourable Prime Minister, Thank you for your regular Man ki baat program representing many issues and their solutions. My first and foremost concern is the WITHDRAWAL OF SR. CITIZEN CONCESSION IN RAILWAYS. you know very well that in our country elderly people travelling in Railways are more when compared to road journey. It is safe and comfortable for the elderly people. Please suggest suitably to the Railways department to extend the CONCESSION to the elderly people. One more request. While issuing Aadhar card to our country people, it is FREE IF COST. Now for each and every correction, the poor people have to pay Rs.50/- as service charges. Initially the contact labourers were engaged for the data entry and other work. None of them have fully qualified to do the work. The data entered by them were totally wrong and mismatch with school certificate and other related documents. Now the UIDAI is charging for that correction. The correction should be free.

Subject: Enhancing Bureaucratic Efficiency in India Respected Prime Minister, India’s bureaucracy faces inefficiency, red tape, and weak accountability. Frequent transfers hinder expertise-driven governance. While some IAS officers excel, many lack the technical knowledge needed for effective decision-making. To improve efficiency, I propose: Induction of Specialists – Experts should lead DRDO, PSUs, and technical bodies. Portfolio Alignment – Assign officers based on education and experience. Specialized Training – Encourage continuous skill development. Reduced Transfers – Limit arbitrary shuffling to build institutional knowledge. Accountability & Transparency – Strengthen checks to curb inefficiency and corruption. Implementing these reforms will create a more efficient, citizen-centric bureaucracy. Sincerely, Chandra Prakash Chawla (Architect)
