Respected Prime Minister sir, I am Rahul Raj Gupta, on ordinary Indian citizen. With a heavy heart, I am writing this, to protect the dignity of our national flag. Every year, after 15th August and 26th January, we insult our Indian flag and this is the bitter truth of our country. The small plastic/paper flags used for decorative purposes are left behind disrespectfully after flag hosting for many days/weeks. It becomes dirty, torned up, remains on the ground, people walk over them, but no one picks and dispose them properly. It hurts. Steps to be taken- 1. Ban use of small paper/plastic flags 2. HYPERLOOP; THE 400-METER-LONG VACUUM TUBE TESTING FACILITY AT IIT MADRAS The IIT team has successfully build a tube that is 400m long and 2m wide (diameter) at the Discovery Campus of IIT Madras Thaiyur, a first of its kind in the world. This Vacuum tube is now fully operational. This facility will be the world’s largest Hyperloop testing facility that is run by a student team. This facility will act as hub for Hyperloop transport system in India. IIT Madras is coordinating with different agencies to set up first commercial hyperloop transport system in India. The hoper loop transport system has a dedicated low pressure tube with magnetically levitated coaches. Speeds upo to 1100 kms per hour is achievable.
