Politics effects to education system and unemployment Why we are giving 70 percent weitage to theory and 30 percent to practicals in engineering. Engineering is totally technical line so practicals are more important. We can teach theory based on practicals. When I was a lecturer, I felt very odd while teaching different things in theory with 70 percent weitage and 30 percent to practicals. Such kind of education always increase unemployment because how can company hire a candidate who only knows theory but not knows to perform to get outputs as mentioned in theory. This seems that india is not sincerely focussing on education because of illiterate people at higher authorities. These authorities only meant by their MP, MLA status with pension secured future. While illeterate people lead the country, cities, villages, unemployment ratios will goes hire. Now we are in Digital era, we should change. As per Gitaji, Parivartan hi Sansar ka Niyam hai. If we not change, we become mud.

my suggestion

It seems Greater Chennai Corporation doesn't understand the requirements of Incident Investigation standard recommended by International Organisation for Standardisation. Dog bites on the rise but no control measures have been implemented other than sterilisation /birth controls. It looks their employees are not empowered to do so. We need a proper guidelines or code of practice to be followed by Dog owners. We expect the government will initiate action on this requirement.
