आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्रीजी, मैं राजस्थान के सरकारी विद्यालय में कक्षा 11-12 को कंप्यूटर विज्ञान विषय पढ़ाता हूं। पूरा विश्व आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस में आगे बढ़ रहा है, और नित नई टेक्नोलॉजी ला रहा है। भारत जिसका सॉफ्टवेयर एक्सपोर्ट इतना अधिक है, इस क्षेत्र में अभी इतना प्रभावी नहीं दिख रहा। हम शिक्षक लोग अपने स्तर पर क्या प्रयास करें कि भारत में और अधिक प्रोग्रामिंग करने वाले युवा इस क्षेत्र की ओर आए और भारत भी विश्व पटल पर आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस में अपनी धाक जमाए। साथ ही मैं राजस्थान के शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा कंप्यूटर शिक्षकों के प्रति हो रहे भेदभाव की ओर आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूं। कक्षा 11-12 में अन्य विषय पढ़ाने वाले सभी व्याख्याताओं को 4800 ग्रेडपे (L 12) के हिसाब से वेतन मिल रहा है जबकि उन्हीं कक्षाओं में हम कंप्यूटर विज्ञान विषय पढ़ा रहे हैं लेकिन हमें 3600 ग्रेड पे (L 10) के हिसाब से अन्य शिक्षकों से बहुत कम वेतन मिल रहा है जबकि हमारी योग्यता M.Tech अथवा MCA है जो कि अन्य शिक्षकों के समान है। भारत के अन्य राज्यों तथा केंद्रीय विद्यालयों में कहीं भी ऐसी असमानता नहीं है। सादर🙏

WHO DOES CARE ABOUT RAILWAY BOARD RECRUITED GUARDS, THEY DO NOT GET ANY PROMOTION BEYOND 4200/-G.P. AS THEIR INITIAL IS 2800/- G.P.,,, WHO CARES FOR DOPT LAWS OF ATLEAST THREE MACP DURING THEIR SERVICE. I have raised multiple complaints("MEAPD/E/2025/0000307", GOVHY/E/2023/0006633", GOVHY/E/2023/0008421 , "GOVHY/E/2021/04935", "GOVHY/E/2021/06576", GOVHY/E/2024/0008033, GOVHY/E/2024/0008263) to close commercial business run by my neighbor("Kanhiya Lal Vasishtha") in residential society which is effecting my personal and professional life. But Municipal Corporation Faridabad staff never worked on my complaints. They keep on moving my complaints to different people and close it after many months. I decided to leave the country because I did not get any support from MCF. My neighbor has political links. He knows Neeraj Sharma(son of congress leader). His two brothers works in Municipal corporation. To save himself, he has taken "mix-use" permission of his house from MCF. Mix-use does not means that you can do plywood business in your home. I am fighting for this for 3 years but no one is actually working on this. This explains why educated people prefer to leave the country.

Install plastic crusher Har metro stn, shopping malls, govt places, roads har jagah plastic bottle crusher machine install ki jaye taaki aam janta pani ki bottle ya cold drink bottle usme daal ke crush kre or plastic reuse ho jaye. I have shared my ideas in my medium, where so many great personalities are connected, including various political party leaders. I am stating some of my ideas here : 1. We should have online voting in our country using Blockchain technology. We will save lakhs of crores. More Voter turnout, No bogus votes. 2. No rallies by senior leaders. Leaders can speak in front of a camera and should reach out to everyone through technology. 3. Viewer count can be shown on news channels to display the popularity of the leader; better to get a real opinion poll than some corrupt sample data. 4. Government should use Jira application to manage the work divided into tasks and sub tasks, adopt an agile methodology. It will improve the efficiency of the government to a great extent and would result in better collaboration. 5. People should be able to see how the allocated union budget has successfully reached the final recipient in the chain, bringing transparency in the system. To be continued...

Dear PM, pls visit a word in railway working system called RUNNING STAFF. During employment it is told that the nature of duty is against nature but not mentioned that working hours would be stretched to more than twelve to fifteen hours & also uncertain about DUTY & staying away fm family more than 36 to 72 hrs. Is this 21st century or else? This is face book& internet time. If someone doesn't give much time to his family & always stays away for duty then definitely his conjugal life turns into a nightmare & would end up in divorce. For that the culprits r internet & face book, so must be our railway system of working. A woman also wants to contribute for developed india. RUNNING STAFF SHOULD HAVE A RUNNING AGE ALSO, IT SHOULD BE UPTO 50 yrs or maximum 55 YRS but not upto superannuation age of 60 yrs, this would amount to complete exploitation of LPs & Guards of Indian railways. Dear PM, be merciful to this poor slaves of India as they r being put to high paid slavery in Modernindia.

Almost every person having their lovedones at Hospitals especially at private Hospitals are in dilemna about the treatment being given for serious patients ,if there was a national online portal whereby any person could submit a medical summary of the Patient undegoing treatment at any Hospitals into the portal and get a second opinion और feedback from qualified Dr. Listed on the portal .The Dr. Listed on the portal could be retired Dr. Or current Dr. Willing to participate voluntary or even on govt. Support ,so that patients now that they are being given appropriate treatment and would curb the some Hospitals malpractice of undue lengthy and sometime unnecsaary treatment.
