I am a senior citizen. Presently the train journey is impossible for me. The distance and height of the coach and platform is huge and not possible for senior citizen, ladies and even for younger ladies. Request to arrange some stairs to board and deboard the train Earlier design of coach was suitable for boarding. Railway should make some change in design of platform or arrange stairs to solve the issue. regards

Dear PM, congratulations on continuing with untouchability in India. TRAI has created a new broadband casteism, certain broadband users can’t use certain apps! Skypro or Ulka tv app can be used only by BSNL or Railtel broadband? Airtel has launched iptv for Airtel fiber user, works only on their network! I have Tata Play DTH and Jio fiber at my home, why can’t I use any live tv app(DTH) with my internet connection on tv ? Star group channels (now JioHotstar) don’t work with any broadband providers (I mean in mobile apps). Why can’t TRAI stop satellite feeds from JioHotstar? (I mean stop them from DTH, let them run themselves through OTT). This is very unfair with customers, we are paying or willing to pay, but things are restricted. Please stop this casteism. I will continue to write my Mann ki baat, but it should not go unread or unheard! Take action ASAP. JAI HIND

I am a senior citizen. Now there is change in design of railway coach of trains. The distance between the coach and platform is more and not possible for me or other senior citizen and ladies to board the train and also difficult to board down from train. Please arrange some stairs to board the train and to board down from the train. Once my wife fell down and injured. Please personally review the situation. It is due to careless design of railway. Microsoft is repeatedly warning users that they would stop servicing Windows 10 this year and everybody using that software must upgrade to Windows 11 for safety of operations. The catch is that the hardware in most of the PCs and Laptops used by us are not compatible with Windows 11 and we must buy new PCs and laptops to use that operating system. This is an unprecedented business deal between giant software and hardware companies where we fall in the middle to be fleeced. While I looked at the new 32 bit microprocessors now being made in our country, I thought with vexation that we in India were in the past blocked from developing hardware capability in cahoots with the import-lobby. Most of us are not economically in a position to purchase new PCs or laptops and must continue with the older operating system. We need guidance from a committee of experts set up by the Government to safely continue to use our present PCs and laptops with Windows 10.

Honoroble Prime Minister, As India Kashmir Tourism is on boom. Lots of travelers and families are going to kashmir, having vacations . One Thing I experienced there is there no disciplined management of union for viewing the places and adventure sports activities. the locals do say rate 4000 for one person snow bike and deal at 2000/- there is systematic arrangment. in sonmarg ,the snow bike drive really harsh and they charge 3000 rupees. please check on tourism in kashmir. please look after it asap before the kashmir is disturbed by tourism.
