There is ajwa lake which stores water for Vadodara city Gujarat, build by the king of Vadodara, but when water is released, floods hit Vadodara & last year huge loss city had to bear due to it. Now a scheme to divert the water by making a canal & thousands of crores of money wasting is being just started. Neither will it increase storage capacity nor will it be a perfect answer to heavy rainfall for few hours. The project will fail & lots of money just wasted. There is a suggestion I have as a concerned citizen of Vadodara & India, that will not only solve problem, increase storage capacity by 2 times, make it more beautiful and convert the area 14 km away from city to a picnic spot & will be a perfect model of upgrading old system, using latest technology, making it green, environment friendly and will provide employment. PM sir should implement project to show his intelligence, future wisdom. I have ideas to double farmer income, agricultural output & make India 10 billion $ economy
