Dear modiji, Riga Sugar Mill (Sitamarhi):Initially closed due to financial issues and the nationwide lockdown, the mill has been acquired by Nirani Sugars Limited and is set to resume operations. Motipur Sugar Mill (Muzaffarpur):Closed in 1997 due to recurring losses, the mill has been in ruins and is a symbol of the region's struggles. Lohat and Sakri Sugar Mills (Madhubani):Owned by BSSC, these mills faced continuous losses and were closed in 1996-97. Raiyam Sugar Unit (Darbhanga):Acquired by BSSC and handed over to Tirhut Industries in 2010, it remains closed. if these open the government will win with the majority seats in bihar. it will help in the upliftment of poor of bihar in backward districts.

Dear Sir, I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing to you as a concerned citizen who strongly believes in the principles of equality and inclusion for all members of our society, especially those facing disabilities. Persons with disabilities PwDs often face significant challenges when it comes to accessing education. Despite several policies and laws that have been enacted to support and uplift PwDs, many still struggle with financial barriers, inadequate facilities, and the lack of resources necessary for pursuing their education. This gap hinders their personal growth, career opportunities, and integration into mainstream society. I would like to respectfully request that the Government of India considers implementing a nationwide policy to provide free education for all Persons with Disabilities, from primary school through to higher education. This will not only ensure that PwDs have equal a

Dear Sir, It's an honor to communicate with you through this indirect means. I'd like to share an idea with you. As we know that AI is emerging, I have a suggestion to create a Digital Kautilya metaverse. This platform would contain the entire past history and current information on a particular topic. If we introduce new policies, the AI would provide us with predictable data, showing how past events would unfold in a different scenario, highlighting potential drawbacks, and offering detailed insights. For instance, if we introduce a new education policy, the AI would already have data on the current education percentage, where it's needed, and how this policy would benefit. The AI would provide us with detailed information on the policy's advantages. Note: Kautilya is a reference to the ancient Indian philosopher and economist who wrote the Arthashastra, a treatise on statecraft and economics. Similarly, a military AI metaverse like Abhimanyu रणनीति from mahabharata.

I have very important point to mention that is, with such a lot hipe about going online with whatever paper work we want to do. The Government departments still insist that you should visit the office with the same file that has been uploaded online which does not make any sense. If I have uploaded a file I never get a feed back of that file online until and unless you visit personally the office. It is an online mode with an offline progress of your file. Secondaly certain files require making payment of the file online while you are submitting it . if for any reason there is some fault found in it they reject it and make you apply for the file online again and so also make the payment again which is not fair . it shoud have a facility to rectify the file without making the payment again. or else atleast refund the money back.

Dear Sir/madam, In our Village Panchayat System, the Panchayat system is under-utilized. The Prdhan’s office is not easily accessible to all the needy people. Also, the Work style is very under-utilized. In the current scenario, the government is earning the money from different sources, and distributing among the Panchayats, which is a very lengthy process of distribution of money for village development. We have developed a new integrated model which will help people in getting things in an easy manner. Our plan will also help the state revenue department for revenue collection. Our plan will not take any extra amount for implementation; it is just the fair utilization of the current system. This will also reduce the corruption for aam aadmi This will also help in creating the jobs at a very root level. And the salary will be auto generated through an integration programme. Please provide us the opportunity to showcase our plan which will definitely help the government towards

Dear Our Respected Prime Minister Modi Ji, I am Rajesh Jain, an Architect, i live in Delhi and since childhood connected with BJP ideology, I have always dreamt of power full, Humanistic, self sufficient India. India is land of villages, however more and more people are leaving villages these days due to lack of infrastructure and employment. Being an architect I suggest to develop a master plan for each village, that gives better housing, school, healthcare as well as space for creating employment opportunity to be developed at village level. it can be done simply without any much cost involve and make each village of India a dynamic power house.
