Dear PM, pls make me understand that serving our beloved India in the capacity of JAWANS Mean Person below officer rank is a fortune or a misfortune. u must be wandering why I am asking such questions?? in POLITICAL discourse ur stand would be with JAWANS BUT in Practicality it must be different as we r witnessing SUBEDAR MAJORS R employed in Group D posts & working under many decades young ones in same category d posts. what's a cruel joke is awaiting for patriotic man taken up service to safe guard our nation then would be subjected to work under a newly employed one month or a few months young senior group d employees who r not at all conversant with service laws of INDIA,, WE MUST THANK TO SUCH SUBJUGATION OF JAWANS TO ALMOST DECADES YOUNGER FRESHLY SENIOR EMPLOYEES IN THE SAME POST,, WHY MY GOVT IS NOT LOOKING INTO SUCH PRACTICES ADHERED BY INDIAN RAILWAY?WHY DO NOT WE GIVE SOME YEARS OF SENIORITY LAWFULLY TO ALL EMPLOYED VETERANS OF ARMED FORCES? WHY NOT MY PM SEE THE TRAJECTORY?

1. Health insurance should be governed by the government. 2. The premium payment structure and benefits are also under government control 3. Some insurance agencies are very reluctant to pay even genuine claims. 4. The fees to be paid are also under government control . Hospitals are looting patients in many cases. 5. The age limit for entry is to be withdrawn.

The health insurance now needs some regulations 1 The polices must have a standard premium rate and the better reimbursement policy will be the criteria for selection before joining 2 The hospital rates are also to be in a standard rate according to the facilities available 3. Treatment in all hospital

Sir, Country needing u for bitter medicines to prescribe against our great cancerous social,national& international diseases THE HUMAN SPIRIT KILLING THE GREAT CORRUPTION to which we empowered u thrice Democratically but the progress is very slow by u according to ur standard of governance as u exemplified in the case of DEMONEYTISATION. SIR, MOST OF THE INSTITUTIONS & CORPORATIONS R HAVING INFECTED WITH THIS CANCER BECAUSE MANY HIGH PLACES,POSITION OF POWER R OCCUPIED BY SUCH ELEMENTS & PERSONS. Recently CBI caught some Railway officers & Loco pilots r bribing examining authority for getting plumb post of CHIEF LOCO INSPECTOR TO WHOM ADDITIONAL THIRTY PERCENTAGE ADDED TO THEIR EXISTING SALARY & 35 PERCENT ON PENSION, ITS A CRUELJOKE.

Best Education to rural youth should be the priority. Teacher recruitment should be by fair means. Emphasis more on technical/vocational (including AI technology) education should be given from Intermediate class. Moral/social value teachings should include in school curriculum ( to prevent creating rape like mindset). Here sports like team activity may be the solution. Children should be encouraged to become an Entrepreneur instead of a job seeker. Thank you
