My suggestion is to make LIC World class organisation. I request to think of disinvestment of LIC at fair valuations not at discounted valuations. The same money can be use for the development of our country. LIC has lost very huge amount in its marketcap which is almost 3 lac crore. Sir and at this stage there are NEWS articles that Government is thinking to offload 2-3% more stake in LIC. Sir please think on this serious matter as it is the loss to our country if LIC disinvestment will be done at CMP of 760. LIC real valuation is must be evaluated by Government Committee. Allow LIC to do all kind of financial sector business. LIC agent network is very huge and Government can take advantage of such huge network for financial literacy . Best Education to rural youth should be the priority. Teacher recruitment should be by fair means. Emphasis more on technical/vocational (including AI technology) education should be given from Intermediate class. • देश मे ६.४२ लाख हेक्टर जमीन घट चुकी है.आजकल plotting buisness बढ गया. किसी का खेती क्षेत्र है उसे भी अधिक पैसे की लालच से खेत मे plot बना देते है, इससे खेती क्षेत्र कम होता जा रहा है.शहरो मे आज कई जगह प्लॉट खाली है,जो लोगो ने खरीद रखे है,घरो को rent पे दिया हैं.अगर सरकार ऐसां कानुन लाए की पहले शहरो के अंदर जो खाली प्लॉट है,जहा पर अभी तक construction नहीं हूवा, वो किसी ने खरिदने की अर्जी की तो उसे उस प्लॉट को बेचना होगा.जब तक शहरी खाली plot पूर्णतः बिक्री ना हो खेती मे नये plotting की इजाजत सरकार ना दे.प्लॉट खरिदने वाले व्यक्ती को 6 महिने के अंदर constru ction शूरू करना होगा.नये plotting मे सरकार के रस्ता,नल पाइपलाइन मे पैसे अधिक खर्च होते है.कूछ खाली प्लॉट सरकार खरीदे,अधिक पेड पौधे लगाए.

Honourable PM Sir, Please define common minimum education and/or experience criteria for each designation in Metro & RRTS. Presently every metro and rrts define their own rules for selection and that too changes every time. Due to this many graduates like B.Sc., B.A., B.Com. etc. not able to get jobs in metro sector. In my view for all operation designations Science Graduate must be the minimum education qualification and for commercial designation any graduate must be the minimum qualification. For Maintenance Engineering Degree, Diploma and ITI must be the minimum criteria. Hope you will consider our suggestion to streamline the recruitment process in metro & RRTS.
