आदरणीय श्री मान जी, सदर नमस्कार, पूरे देश में छोटे बड़े शहरों के हिसाब से छोटे मकानों और फ्लैटों की कीमत के हिसाब से अंतरण शुल्क (रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क) से मुक्त किया जाए, या केंद्र सरकार उस खर्च को वहन करे तो छोटा आम आदमी, गरीब मजदूर, छोटा कारीगर जो एक छोटे मकान या फ्लैट का मालिक है उसे बेचकर बेहतर रोजगार के लिए नए शहर आदि में जा सके, और वो वहां एक नया मकान खरीद सके और पुराने मकान के बंधन से मुक्त हो सके. इससे बहुत अधिक रोजगार पैदा होने की पूरी संभावना है.

The government should control the purchase of vehicles for luxury purposes in India &  individuals to own vehicles only if necessary. This is not a matter that can interfere with the fundamental rights of the people. It seems that restrictions should be imposed on the purchase of vehicles when the number of innocent people dying in road accidents continues. The govt should control the purchase of two- and four-wheelers that run on petroleum products. Even children have been driving vehicles and causing accidents and causing many deaths.Although penalties are imposed for alcohol, speeding, and driving without a license, there is no use. The govt should impose strict restrictions on the purchase, sale, and operation of vehicles for personal use. By starting to control this at the earliest, many innocent lives will be saved. New guidelines should be developed for government offices to purchase vehicles.

I would like to know the plans for NWW 3 development

My name is Kashinath Samanta, and I live in West Bengal. I am a retired BSNL Employee, aged 66 years old. I have installed on grid rooftop solar system 8 months ago. Till now my DISCOM have not visited and giving me net meter as well. If they are not suppose to give me connection, then why they gave me feasibility approval? Now what is my fault? why I am suffering. I have invested more than 2 lakhs Rs. and not getting any single return form this. And not only me, all peoples same like me who have installed ongrid solar system i west bengal are suffering all. please take a quick action about this.

There are only limited number of seats available in them for research purposes and most of them are in contractual basis or only for six months. After the assignment the candidates have to search for new job opportunities and their age limit also crosses the 35 years mark Kindly enhance the number of PhD seats and increase the duration of SRF and JRF as well as the teaching profession. Pl enhance the stipend of PhD students to a minimum of 50000 so that they can stand on their own legs without depending on the parents for their livelihood. Under the present govt new opportunity have come up and we appreciate the steps taken by your govt in this regard.Various institutions like the IITs IIITs and centrally funded organizations can increase the number of seats in JRF SRF and PhD for them

Hon’ble Sir, Kotee Kotee Naman Sir, subsequent after victory in Delhi polls our Government has planned Yamuna cleaning plan. In the present scenario the waste water is being discharged into Yamuna river and many times it is not even treated. I would like to suggest you the following Construction of waste water grid across the country In the context of Yamuna cleaning, a canal or waste water grid of running from Delhi, Gurugram, Jaipur and connecting may other cities in Gujrat may be constructed. The waste water running through this grid/canal may be allowed to percolate into the soil at certain intervals. The water absorbed into the soil will create some vegetation and greenery around the waste water grid. This may bring some deserted area of Rajasthan under greenery; finally the same waste water grid/canal may run from some cities in Gujrat and finally end up at the Arabian sea to discharge all pollutants. Sir, I hope this suggestion would be useful in reducing river pollution
