Government of India has launched several welfare schemes and projects spending crores of rupees to uplift the rural economy thereby improving the livelihood of its citizens but the ground realities is such that it remains still with little or hardly any major impacts on the lives of people living in rural areas. The fault is not due to the Central Government schemes but the mechanism and its guidelines where rural citizen could not access compounded by bureaucratic hurdles and nepotism of local representatives and the state Government. मैं गुजरात में जूनागढ महानगर पालिका दीपांजलि में रहता हु, करीब १९९९ में मैने मकान खरीदा था तब से अब तक नल से जल नही आया। २०१६ में मैं अपने घर में रहने के लिए आया। लेकिन अब तक नल से जल तो क्या कनेक्शन भी नही मिला है। पहली बार मैंने pmo में कंप्लेन की ०२/०६/१९ को तब मुझे jmc से लेटर आया की आप कनेक्शन के लिए एप्लीकेशन करदो। no PMOPG/E/2019/0275318 फिर मैंने 12/07/2019 को कनेक्शन के लिए अप्लाई किया पर कुछ नही हूवा। बाद में कोविड आया। फिर मैंने 2/06/2024को कंप्लेन करी no PMOPG/D/2024/0024271 लेकिन उसका भी वाहियात जवाब मिला जो टेक्निकल था मतलब अब हो जायेगा लेकिन कब वो पता नही। सर ऐसी छोटी सी बात भी आपका coomplain deptartment सॉल्व नही करता। वो लोग डायरेक्ट कमिश्नर को भेज दे ते है और कमिश्नर किसी ऑफिसर को जब 25 साल से भाजपा का एमएलए हो jmc में भी बीजेपी हो एमपी भी बीजेपी का हो गुजरात और सेंट्रल में भी बीजेपी हो तो इससे बड़ी दुखद बात क्या हो सकती है? अब आप से नम्र निवेदन है की इसका जवाब jmc बीजेपी से मांगिए आशा करता हु ७ साल बाद न्याय milega

Emergency or disaster, there should be groups across the country to help the government administration. Create groups of civil servants and the general public. Groups set up in the last health emergency were often included in govt servants. Therefore, the problems of the public are not solved in many places. In the essential sectors, such as public distribution, some people from the public should be selected and trained every year. The model emergency trail should be held annually. Training on how to deal with emergency periods is essential for the people and the state government administration. The essential needs of the people should be scientifically fulfilled in the time of disaster.  ‌ ‌The govt must create a variety of groups to deal with war, health emergency, political and financial emergency. Many parties should be placed in that group with government employees.The government should ensure that groups are ready to conduct a sample emergency rehearsal without prior notice.

MORE OVER, THE NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY 2020 DOESN'T MANDATE THE THIRD LANGUAGE.MY OWN EXPERIENCE OF BEING EDUCATED IN TAMIL NADU DURING THE THE TURBULENT 1960 AND 1970.S INFORMS ME THAT KNOWING MORE LANGUAGES INCREASES IN OTHER STATES. THE OUTDATED TWO LANGUAGE FORMULA AND POLICY IN TAMIL NADU NEEDS TO BE REVAMPED AND TO BE REVISED. A FORMULATION OF THE GOOD POLICY MADE FOR THE WELFARE OF ALL STUDENTS IS SADLY MISSING.ALWAYS O
