Introduce a voluntary tax for companies/persons with more than 200-500 cr turnover. This tax can be paid and then a certain deduction can be availed after 5 years and the tax will be levied on the overall turnover and not the tax amount itself, kind of like a tip at the end of a dining experience, we choose the percentage or how much to tip. Big conglomerates will jump at this. You will pay off your GST loans, and then you will also be able to run the country even with the deductions.
