Respected Prime Minister, One important point of good governence is the response of bureacracy to the public. To achieve that certain simple administrative changes are needed. To sum up Where a citizen sends a mail to government official, making some representation or request,neither he can track it nor know the status. In the present days of IT revolution, it should be possible to acknwledge each mail with a tracking ID. A reasonable time frame should be set for replying to the same with a solution where possible or otherwise. sir Tv is one of the strong element of communition.There is debate on all the channel by rep of political parties. It is noticed that they argue their plea,which is well known to them that it is not true or far from facts. it spread negative enviornment and mis lead the society. A healthy discussion is always creative.Hence channels should avoid such negative discussion to increase TRP.As media is open in name of Freedom of speech so some guidline must control the negative element. I tried to share my comments on the post by Shri. Sunil Kumar Gulati IAS:84, sunilaol@gmail.com, but after several trials I could not post it. So I am posting it here. The original post was on " Long-Term Care of bedridden elderly are around 12% of all elderly as per universal data of OECD countries". I am really impressed with this idea. In-fact, I feel this idea must be inculcated in the young minds right from their school /college days. Every educational institute may be mandated to create awareness among students to reach-out to the elderly people, as part of renewal of their license. This can be achieved by boot-camps, workshops, or visits to old-age or at-least engaging the students with any 5 senior citizen in their neighbourhood of their choice, as per the financial status of the school vis a vis students. Aug 21st and Oct 1st which is already an international day earmarked for old age people may be used for promoting this awareness. Regards Sriram- Nuke Scientist
