This idea is related to the reducing the government expenses when building housing for poor people. As seen so far, most of the government funded housing schemes/colonies are located far from the City center where majority of gig works are available and not really occupied fully even though given for free or at a high subsidy rate. One of the solution that can effectively (1). eliminate any need to spend public money on such housing projects, (2). locate these new housing colonies right in the midst of city areas, and (3). additionally generate income for the government. Solution: Clearup slum areas, construct 12/30 floor buildings in such places, convert first 2 floors as commercial and rent them out, 3rd floor as children play ground, 4 th to 8th floors as free apartments for the slum residents(allocate 2 to 5 apartments for free to the slum residents based on their own area earlier), 9th to 12th/30th floors as salable units thus generating self funded housing schemes. ThanksSir

Subject: Promoting Cyber Awareness & AI Education in Digital India Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister, As India moves forward in the digital era, cyber safety and artificial intelligence (AI) education are crucial for our nation’s youth. While Digital India has empowered millions, there is an urgent need to spread awareness about online safety, responsible AI usage, and digital literacy. Cyber Awareness: Many people, especially students and senior citizens, fall victim to online frauds, phishing, and cyberbullying. A nationwide campaign on safe internet practices, digital etiquette, and data privacy will help protect users.AI & Future Skills: With AI transforming industries, India should encourage AI education in schools and colleges, promoting innovation, ethical AI practices, and skill development. Can we introduce AI awareness workshops, scholarships, and hackathons to nurture young talent?

I am an IAS of 1984 batch.I have done my PhD recently on Managing and Planning of Long Term care of Elderly from IIT Delhi. My reserach shows that at anytime 12% of Elderly above 65 years are bedridden orneed LONG TERM CARE. I want that the LONG TERM CARE of Eldrly should be made an eligible item under MGNREGA and anyone who cares for 4 elderly (Male for Male, Female for Female) must be paid wages from MGNREGS with no limit of 100 days. So all the Rural elderly can be taken care of. Next we must make Care of Elderly Parents a valid charge under the Building and Construction Workers Cess Act 1996 so that the parents of Labourers ( 1 Caregiver for 4 Caredep Parents) can be taken care of. Next we must introduce LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE so that anyone paying subscription from the age of 40 years onwards can get care when he she crosses 65 years age. Finally we must train 50 lakh caregivers of the elderly now and send them in the market. People will pay to hire them in india and abroad.

Why has the Indian government not extended pension benefits to Short Service Commission Officers (SSCOs) despite their years of service, unlike regular commissioned officers? What steps has the government taken to address the demands of SSCOs for One Rank One Pension (OROP) on a pro-rata basis? How does the government justify denying Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) benefits to non-pensioner SSCOs who served in wars like 1965, 1971, and Kargil 1999? Why was the original 5-year service requirement for SSCOs extended to 10 years, and how has this change impacted their career prospects and benefits? What actions has the Ministry of Defence taken in response to the Armed Forces Tribunal’s rulings favoring medical facilities for SSCOs? Why have recommendations from the 2015 Expert Committee for granting medical facilities to SSCOs been sidelined by the government?

If you give award to Satya Nadella CEO of Microsoft these people are great. We use their technology even today. We always talk of indian origin and forgetting indians actually. Knowledge, talent and skill are very important. Thats why highly qualified people leave the country.

Respected sir, A vast stretch of land are laying unutilised during different seasons at different states due to various reasons. One concrete plan should be developed using drones and artificial intilligence first to identify the land, then to divide it into small clusters and thirdly to find out what type of a crop at a particular taluk can be cultivated in the off season. The local agriculture department should be helped with forward and backward linkage for cultivating diversified crops in these areas. Another point is a lot of canals bult fifty years back are now laying idle due to change of the land pattern as lands have been converted to home stead, such canals should be closed and water from this canals can be diverted to other areas for irrigation constructing new canals
