Respected PM Sri Modiji accept my Saadar pranams.I would like to bring to the attention of honorable finance minister the ordeals of retired PSU workers and executives who are getting a meagre sum of 1000 to 2500 rs. as EPFO pension based on their number of years of service. This amount is just an eyewash and not at all sufficient to meet the basic criteria and minimum basic needs of the retired employees.The workers have been fighting for this cause since years together. Some of them have lost their lives also fighting for this cause. It is high time the Finance ministry takes this matter seriously and does something to increase the minimum pension from 1000/- to 7500/- because of the present inflation and skyrocketing prices of groceries and essential commodity. PLEASE ENHANCE THE EPFO PENSION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AT LEAST IN THE COMING FINANCIAL YEAR OF APRIL 2025-2026
