I propose a Blockchain-Based Public Review System for accountability and transparency. - Every transaction gets a case ID. - Citizens rate and review officials. - AI detects corruption patterns. - Higher authorities get actionable insights. - Blockchain ensures transparency and tamper-proof records. Empowers citizens with transparency and insights before visiting offices, enforces accountability for efficient service, and reduces corruption by cutting reliance on bribes. Speeds up business approvals, fostering growth. Inspired by Google and Uber’s review models, this system will enhance efficiency, public trust, and economic progress.

Though India has risen to be the third country in production of bio gas, the potential is enormous and we have not yet reached even 5% of our projected targets. The reasons are 1.Financiers not willing to support 2. Quality needs to be improved to meet pipe line network standards, 3. Existing networks of City gas distribution are quite far from the sources of feedstock for biogas 4. economics does not work out. So I suggest- Instead of large plants, encourage villagers and lower middle class colonies in cities to develop micro plants using their agricultural, cattle and poultry and kitchen wastes as feed stock small piping networks be developed within these villages and colonies with the help from CGD companies, for use of gas only as cooking gas which does not require meeting the high standards of calorific values or contaminants like Nitrogen or CO2. Local youth with a senior retired person may operate and manage Energy companies earmark 5% of their CSR funds

दिल्ली में यमुना की सफाई कैसे होगी? यमुना में मिलने वाले नालों से जब तक untreated गंदा पानी गिरता रहेगा तब तक यमुना की सफाई संभव नहीं है। नालों को साफ करने के लिए treatment plants के लिए जमीन कहां से प्राप्त होगी। ITO के पास एक gas power plant है जो कि अब इस्तेमाल में नही है। उसमें सब कुछ जंग लग कर ख़राब हो रहा है। वहां के कबाड़ को बेच कर न सिर्फ कुछ पैसे मिल जाएंगे बल्कि treatment plants के लिये काफी जमीन भी मिल जाएगी। वहीं बगल से गुजरने वाले दिल्ली के सबसे बड़े गन्दे नालों में से एक को साफ करने से यमुना के पानी की गुणवत्ता में बहुत सुधार हो सकता है

Enzyme-based treatments, which harness dirt-eating bacteria, have proven effective in neutralizing waste in contexts like portable toilets and event food waste. I urge the Government of India to consider exploring these enzyme-based solutions. By integrating this modern biotechnology, we could accelerate and enhance the effectiveness of water purification efforts, paving the way for a cleaner and healthier future.

Delhi is facing a critical water scarcity, and as summer looms, the supply of clean water is rapidly diminishing. This crisis is aggravated by an uneven distribution caused by improper planning. Ground altitude differences have been overlooked, leading to lower-lying areas receiving water, while higher-altitude regions remain deprived. Moreover, the water pipeline network lacks a structured layout. When officials attempted to implement the pipelines, some residents obstructed the work, refusing excavation near their properties. Shockingly, the Junior Engineer abandoned the pipeline there and then, leaving work incomplete. This negligence not only sabotages the State Masterplan but also jeopardizes the welfare of countless residents. Individual interests must not be allowed to override the collective good and hinder such vital projects. It is imperative to establish a comprehensive water and sewage pipeline system, especially in unregularised colonies, to ensure equitable access to
