Respected and honourable PM, I would like to share some thoughts of changes required in present living society. There is requirement to improve the education system at a prior level and also to increase the girls security. Children should be given basic knowledge at an early age. I know that PM have firm authority to change some of the decisions like remove discrimination in terms of marks for students in terms of removing reservation policy as some students possess equal rights to take admissions for graduations and other degrees where students belonging to SC and ST categories and Other backward classes are getting few opportunities to take admission in IITs or NITs or GMCs or GECs and many more with low percentile in JEE or NEET whereas the General category students needs to score more so there I think everyone should be given equal cutoff range. Not only in those exams, but also in other exams, the same problems is being faced by many students.There are few more improvements needed

HOW TO INCREASE CONSUMPTION. Instead of 5 days working, there should be 4 day working. So instead of 4 employees working 5 days a week. 5 employees will work 4 days a week. It will automatically increase employment by 20% theoretically (5% in reality). It will inrease the GDP. All people will get one day extra for pursuing their own part time business, spend time with family, hobbies, or work on social activities. It will also improve the happiness index of the country. People will get time to socialize. Government will have to offer incentive to companies who follow this practice.
