sir i had given you serious suggestion of revamping few words in reading format of our national anthem but i havent got any feedback till date. every citizen of country know that Sindhu teritory was lost preindependence and Banga bifurcated to west bengal and bangaladesh but even after 75 years of independence we are glorifying Sindhu and entire banga as teritory of india...i had written 16 letters to PMO...many positive replies but no implementation till date..i had only requested to remove word sindhu and add kashmir instead and add bengal Arunachala in place of word Banga in our national anthem..so thatthere is a northeast state representation and bengal state pls do need needful...pls i prey to you to get this implemented why should indian citizen glorify pakisthan and bangaladesh teritory in our national anthem ,,,instead if kashmir is added in place of sindh and bengal arunachal in place of bangha will be big patriotism and pride for entire nation when the anthem is read

i request you to check PMO greevances submitted by citizens satisfaction level, most of the calls are tamely closed, some are closed with irrelevant remark, some are not cared even after one year...i had reported to pMO but Mr Bhaskar has tamely even closed the feedback even...unfortunate. take my own example i have registered almost 190 greevances from last 10 years...95 % percent is closed as noted, file , dot, no comments , irrelevant comments etc...even the appeal also tamely closed..there is no telephonic discusion , understanding the context etc..only after the call is tamely closed we get call from backend to know feed back..i even suggested 10 points SOP as done in any customer service...first and foremost they should talk to or email compalinant to know context of complaint...but they never called till date...they unilaterally decide as per thier understanding and close as per thier mind set or will...sir the purpose of PMOPG has to be honoured otherwise citizens will suffer
