Even the approved vacancies are not filled for various reasons iii). Average Judge gets just 2 – 5 minutes to hear a case iv). एक केस में अगर 10 तारीखों में काम हो जाता है , वहाँ 50 तारीखे ली जाती है - कोर्ट का काम 5 गुना वैसे ही बढ़ गया *** कभी कभी तो ऐसा लगता है कि सरकारे जानबूझकर judges Recruit नहीं करती है, जिससे अपराधियों को ज्यादा समय मिल जाये और वे बचते रहे Request: ======= 1). In states where rural courts are not in operation, the middle poor people have to fight to uphold their rights.Women are also very affected. People will be confident in the rule of law only if justice is provided in time.Limitation Period for Civil Cases must be given an interim judgment in 3 years.
