Hon’ble Prime Minister, it’s always a pleasure and a privilege to post a comment for Mann Ki Bhaath. Drug abuse by our young generation, in particular, our teenagers is a serious growing problem in India. In my state Kerala, what the media reports on the drug abuse and addiction is sometimes unbelievable. While the Kerala Government has been actively encouraging and supporting the Police and Excise Departments to carry out Operation D Hunt, more than 7000 cases have been already reported. Other states too face similar problems. It may be worthwhile to devote on Mann KI Bhaath to the drug menace in India. We need to educate our citizens, in particular teenagers and young people, parents, teachers, social activists, party cadres, etc to first understand the problem dimensions and then work unitedly and committedly to address the problem. Hope you would consider this suggestion. Thank you.

Honorable Prime minister of India, This is reference to the MSME community . I would like to bring to your attention the challenges faced by MSMEs due to the Reverse Auction (RA) process in GEM, particularly for small-value tenders below ₹10 crore. As it stands, tenders are awarded to the L1 (lowest quoted) bidder after technical evaluation. However, the RA process often leads to aggressive bidding, which can put MSMEs at financial risk. Many of these organizations may not have dedicated finance specialists to assess costing effectively, potentially leading to unsustainable pricing and, in extreme cases, business closures. The impact of this extends beyond individual enterprises, resulting in job losses, increased uncertainty within the MSME sector, and hindrances to overall industry development. Furthermore, the RA process demands significant time and effort from senior decision-makers over multiple days, reducing productivity without adding substantial value.

Your vision of viksit Bharat by 2047 required focus on least developed district. Why not open school like old Netrahat Vidyalay in each of 150 least developed district of the country with mandate to enrol at least 50 percent children from home district
