Dear Prime Minister, Extremely fortunate to have born in this era where India is seeing a very good growth overall. I am a Bridge Design Engineer working in a MNC in Bengaluru. have a question/ suggestion to you sir. While I see good infrastructure development going on in India, major cities have good metro connectivity, roads are being developed, new infrastructure coming up. While we focus on developing the infrastructure, it is equally important to maintain the existing infrastructure. In many places we see major flyovers developing problems, cracks on bridges, leakage problems . Periodic maintenance of infrastructure can lead to saving a huge cost in rehabilitation and repair. I have been involved in inspection programs for other countries, where all their structures undergo maintenance periodically. If we have to aim for overall development of the nation, asset management is equally important. I would also like to highlight about the structural health monitoring systems.

पहाड़ी नमक जो कि स्वामी विवेकानंद जी की ज्ञानस्थली काकड़ीघाट से शुरू होकर पूरे देश में प्रसिद्धि पा चुका है जिसकारण ना केवल क्षेत्रीय महिलाओं को रोजगार मिला वही उत्तराखंड जैसे छोटे राज्य को एक नई पहचान भी दिलाई, चार दोस्त संदीप, योगेंद्र, सौरभ और देवेंद्र द्वारा 2013 में इसकी शुरुआत की गई जिसके बाद पहाड़ी नमक का बाजार लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है। यह एक पारंपरिक उत्पाद है जिसको सिलबट्टे में अलग अलग मसालों के साथ पीसा जाता है और यह उत्तराखंड के लगभग हर घर में सदियों से बनता जा रहा है। आज भी पहाड़ी पिसी नूण(पहाड़ी नमक का पारंपरिक नाम) के बिना कई घरों का भोजन पूर्ण नहीं माना जाता। इस उत्पाद को बाजार मिलने से खेती को भी बढ़ावा मिल रहा है जिस कारण बंजर भूमि की समस्या का भी समाधान हो रहा है। सुदूर के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के कई युवा इस रोजगार से जुड़कर एक नया आयाम स्थापित कर रहे है। अगर आप इसको अपनी मन की बात में जगह देते है हमें उम्मीद ही नहीं पूर्णरूपी विश्वास है कि कई और युवा स्वरोजगार की तरफ प्रेरित होंगे और हमारी तरह अपने प्रदेश और देश के काम आयेंगे। आपके हर्षल भ्रमण पर आपने इसका अवलोकन किया था।

sir In our country we get employment in private sector or government sector. There is a legal concept of minimum wages. The minimum wages meetings the requirements of roti,kapra and makan. Those who are working in government sector are also getting minimum wages at lowest level job. But one person with minimum wages in government sector retire with regular increment earn a salary at old age 50000/- per month to 1 lac per month. but in a private sector the employee gets the minimum wages like a new employee. sir why this discrimination.
