Laxman Kumar: मैं आपका ध्यान एक महत्वपूर्ण समस्या की ओर आकर्षित करना चाहता/चाहती हूँ, जिससे आम जनता को सरकारी कार्यालयों में काफी कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ता है। जब कोई व्यक्ति किसी सरकारी कार्यालय में आवेदन या शिकायत दर्ज करवाने जाता है, तो कई बार अधिकारियों द्वारा उसकी कोई रसीद नहीं दी जाती। इसके कारण आवेदनकर्ता के पास इस बात का कोई प्रमाण नहीं होता कि उन्होंने आवेदन जमा किया है। अक्सर यह देखा गया है कि बिना रसीद के कई आवेदन या तो नज़रअंदाज़ कर दिए जाते हैं या उन पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं होती। इससे आम नागरिक असहाय महसूस करते हैं और उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं हो पाता। अतः मेरा आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि राजस्थान के सभी सरकारी कार्यालयों में यह अनिवार्य किया जाए कि कोई भी आवेदन, शिकायत, या निवेदन पत्र जमा होने पर संबंधित अधिकारी द्वारा उसकी एक लिखित रसीद आवेदक को प्रदान की जाए। इससे सरकारी कार्यप्रणाली में पारदर्शिता आएगी और नागरिकों के आवेदन व शिकायतों पर उचित समय में कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित हो सकेगी। आशा है कि आप इस विषय पर गंभीरता से विचार करेंगे और आवश्यक निर्द

निवेदन है कि वर्तमान में आम जनता को सरकारी कार्यों हेतु आवेदन, ज्ञापन आदि संबंधित अधिकारियों को देने में असुविधा का सामना करना पड़ता है। कई बार आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के बावजूद उसकी पुष्टि नहीं हो पाती, जिससे लोगों को बार-बार सरकारी कार्यालयों के चक्कर लगाने पड़ते हैं। इस समस्या के समाधान हेतु तहसील स्तर से लेकर जिला स्तर तक के पटवारी, तहसीलदार, एसडीएम एवं अन्य संबंधित अधिकारियों के लिए आधिकारिक ईमेल आईडी बनाई जानी चाहिए, जिससे लोग ऑनलाइन आवेदन या ज्ञापन प्रस्तुत कर सकें। इससे निम्नलिखित लाभ होंगे: समय की बचत – नागरिकों को बार-बार कार्यालयों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे। पुख्ता सबूत रहेगा – ईमेल भेजने के बाद नागरिकों के पास जमा करने का डिजिटल प्रमाण रहेगा। कार्य की पारदर्शिता बढ़ेगी – सरकारी अधिकारी कार्यों को शीघ्रता और पारदर्शिता से निपटाने के लिए जवाबदेह होंगे। डिजिटल इंडिया पहल को बढ़ावा मिलेगा – राजस्थान सरकार की डिजिटल सेवाओं को मजबूत किया जा सकेगा। अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि समस्त तहसीलों एवं ब्लॉक स्त

The pride of our India is recognized and admired worldwide. However, in some states of our country, many citizens are unaware of, and are not benefiting from, the welfare schemes that have been introduced. Specifically, in Tamil Nadu, where I reside, I have read the entire 213-page booklet on your welfare schemes. However, I must say that many of these schemes are not being implemented effectively. For example, today, I contacted a gas agency in Chennai regarding the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana (PMUY) to register, but they informed me that the scheme is currently not operational.

श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी। मैं आप से request करना चाहता हूं disabled बच्चों और लोगों के लिए। मैं आप से इसलिए कहना चाहता हूं क्योंकि आप कहते हैं मोदी है तो मुमकिन है। जो बात मैं आप से कहना चाहता हूं कोई और नहीं कर सकता चाहे वो कांग्रेस हो या फिर bjp में बैठे आपके ही लोग क्यों न हों। केवल आप ही इसे कर सकते हैं। देखिए disabled बच्चों के लिए उसके मां बाप ही सब कुछ होते हैं। कोई और उनकी देखभाल नहीं करता। जब तक मां बाप जिंदा है तभ तक उन्हें संभाला जाता है और फिर मरने के लिए रिश्तेदार छोड़ देते हैं। जो सरक से मदद मिलती है वह न के बराबर है। आज के ज़माने में जो विकलांग नहीं हैं उनको जीवन में इतनी मुसीबत उठानी पड़ती है तो विकलांग बच्चों और लोगों के लिए तो जीवन कितना कठिन हो जाता होगा, खास तौर पर जब उन्हें सहायता के लिए किसी helper की ज़रूरत पड़े तो। उसका खर्चा या सैलरी और बाकी एक अच्छा जीवन जीने के लिए पैसा कहां से आएगा? ऐसे लोगों का या बच्चों का कोई मददगार नहीं। मैं चाहता हूं कि disabled लोगों की पेंशन बढ़ाई जाए और family पेंशन उन्हें पूरा दिया जाए। ताकि मां बाप चैन से दुनिया छोड़ सकें।

Lot of pensioners under EPS 95 are suffering with the minimum pension of 1000 from 2013. Even after 15 years, minimum amount Rs. 1000 is unchanged. Request PM to increase the Minimum pension to 5000. please

Respected Prime Minister, I often read that GST collections for every month are more than 1.75 lakh crores. My observation in this regard is as follow. This year I spent about ₹15 lakh on the interior decoration of my house in Mumbai. I purchased the inputs such as Plywood, laminates, hardware, electrical fittings and Decorates,furnitures, colors etc, by paying the demanded amount, from renowned shops. However none of the shopkeepers gave me GST bill, though I asked for. Most of them gave Quotation and demanded more if I needed GST bill. I am aware that prices quoted by them alredy include gst component. My charge is that they recover gst from consumers but do not pay to Govt. in this regard, I made qurries with local officials, and I was shocked to know that my doubts were correct. I came to know that all these bussiness lobbies pay to the GST formations as bribe and loot the Govt. He also told me to keep quiet orelse my life would be in danger. Pl look into this matter.
