Respected Sir, I am a B.Com, CA-Inter & CMA(ICWAI) with 35 years of rich experience in a PSU (NTPC). I am 64 years & 10 m old and like to contribute further to the nation by serving with a reasonable payment on Contract basis for 3 to 5 years. No PSU and Retired Government service age limit is 62 and can work up to 65 years. I tried several companies for even Manager Post but in vain due to the age barrier. Even they believe PSU/ Government employees does not work to the level of work they expects. But Sir after your coming to Government since 2014 the PSU employees performance was very good and even we used to work 12 hours and even in Sundays & Holidays. So my suggestion Sir, as like me our services can be made use for the Internal/ Management Audit of PSUs and the findings can be used for the betterment of the Company. We can also be used for the service of Defense, Army etc., for shorter period say 5 years so that our expertise and experience does not go waste. Regards

To Honourable PM, This is to request you to share your views on the current trend of students going to foreign countries for higher education. Do you feel that it is alarming for India as it may cause Brain Drain? If yes, then what steps to be taken as students to not fall into the trap.

Dear Sir,       Some people traveling on two-wheelers on the roads forget to take the side stands of their vehicles and travel on the roads. Some people take it when other people on the roads say it. But some do not fall on deaf ears. Due to this, some people get into terrible accidents. Therefore, a hand signal attached to it should be added as a sign in a way that is easy for the two-wheeler to understand. And I humbly request to bring awareness among the people.

Kindly explore the feasibility of providing a few poultry birds or milch cattle or goats to the women belonging to the marginalised sections of society This poor people centric measure will significantly improve their livelihoods and empower them economically. 2) Congratulations for the relentless action being taken by the government helmed by your Gracious Honour against the unlawful activities such as drug smuggling, profiteering, black marketing,hoarding, tax evasion etc. Kindly sustain the tempo. . 3) The installation of roof top solar panels on all the Union government buildings may be made mandatory, in tune with the government' s policy of promoting Green Energy. 4) Interlinking of major rivers across the country merits top priority. Respected Prime Minister Sir, In order to resolve this ticklish issue delimitation, I recommend that the proposed 55% increase in the Lok Sabha seats be uniformly spread across the States instead of increase in proportionate to their population increase. So, 55% increase will result in the UP getting 44 more seats instead of 48. TN (the most aggrieved) State will get 21 more seats instead of just 2. This formula will place all the states on equal footings and soothe the frayed tempers of the Southern lobby. Kerala will also make a substantial gain instead of net reduction of 1 seat projected. To further fine-tune the formula, I propose a 50% increase in Lok Sabha seats, resulting in an increase of 271/272 seats instead of 55% with tiny states gaining at least one additional seat. The proposed increased strength is also equal to the 33% reservation to women. Hence the increase in seats should be exclusively reserved for women, with the ECI tasked to carve additional seats.
