Namaste Pradhan mantriji, I would like to share an idea on swatch bharat Abhiyan where we know Rediwallas, Pan shops, small businesses, street hawkers are there in our local market even our religios places should be given the complete responsibility of keeping the alloted area clean and practice proper hygiene if not they should be penalised or face licence cancellation. however penalizing them is not the actual aim of this movement but to promote swach bharat . sir I belive if followed our local markets shall do great promotion of this swach bharta movement . A farm leader should be chosen by all the farmers in the village with the best process farmers can think of. A farm leader should fulfil these responsibilities : 2.1) A farm leader should act as a middleman between shopkeepers and farmers without any commission. 2.2) A farm leader should raise their village issues with the government. 2.3) All the farm leaders of a state should connect with each other and raise issues or ask for support from the government e.g. adopting new technology advancements. 2.4) A farm leader should advise farmers on implementing best practices and provide suggestions in case any farmer needs some help. 2.5) All farm leaders can decide on the market price of the crop and mode of the market price can be the actual market price in the state. 2.6) A farm leader can decide the MSP of crops while selling the crops at market price or higher in case of high crop quality.
