I suggest inviting a person or representative of a department or NGO who has done extraordinary work, specifically relating to the topic that PM Sir is talking about in Mann Ki Baat Give them an appreciation certificate or momentou, which will make them feel good and inspire other citizens to do some extraordinary work and help to create a echo system where citizen inspires for good work Regards

Honorable prime minister of india It is brought to your kind attention regarding the tranfer policy of Bank employee.some time the dealing of an bank employee is not uptomark.the main reason is in the case of couple employee one is posted in Bangalore and his wife is posted in chandigarh or other city in haryana.if the both the employees wife and husband is posted nearby the can take care of themselves and family members well.you are requested to make new policy where husband and wife may be posted near y.so that they can give better service to the nation and family members. Pradhanmantri ji pranam Plastic is a very big challenge for environment of our country.it should be shorted out quickly and fastly.some suggestion has been given for it. 1 Plastic should be banned in a over country for control over pollution. 2 An awareness campaign has to be needed for increase awareness among common people. 3 Recycle plant has to be established for convert into waste material. 4 Eco friendly product should be promoted in lieu of plastic . 5 A heavy fine should be imposed on plastic packaging. 6 Plastic tax should be imposed of manufacture of product.

Pradhanmantri ji pranam Road safety is a big concern for our country.there are so many accident happen in country.some suggestion has to be given for it. 1 A strict road safety act should be formed and enacted all over country. 2 An awareness campaign need to be started for aware common people of country. 3 strict punishment has need to be given on any kind mistake during vehicle drive. 4 Road safety police should be made for provide full security to passenger. 5 Proper light and other basic facility should be available for safety of people. 6 Road turning should be minimised and given double space for smooth running vehicle.

I am very much bothered about the increasing use of led lights of cars and motorbikes which give spark to the eyes of opposite vehicles and making blind for a millisecond. if this type of increasing high power led lights leads to 50% population suffer with blindness. within 30 years. I request for forming a high level committee for usage of these led lights, without dip and dim , no change of shortness and lighting day and night when the motor is started. I feel these led lights are not proper for our climate conditions.
