Sir, in universities, there is no provision of checking whether a teacher has come to the department or not as there is no attendance register for teachers. Taking advantage of this many teachers whom I know personally remain absent without information causing huge loss to the students. Several times this issue has been raised but nothing happened. This particularly in my university, Aligarh Muslim University has spread like disease. This year itself students got relief in attendance when they raised the absence of teachers in the department. Fake attendance is being given to the students by the teachers who are habitual offenders. Sir, this needs to be addressed and a check must be there on these highly paid teachers who are ruining future of students.

Dear Sir, Majority of workforce is working in Private organisations in our country. Nowadays it is common scenario that employees are being fired even in one night without any proper reason. a person who is working since years and whose family future is totally dependent on his job, what will he do in such a condition as there is no law for his protection like in government jobs. Moreover he is also contributing from years by paying tax but when its come to job security no one is to protect. Is it now the time to pay attention and strict guidance in this regard. There must be rules and regulations for private companies like in government to protect rights of employees with regard to job security otherwise these organisations will keep firing them from job ultimately crushing dreams and life of children. Are private concerns only motto is to maximise profit and do social welfare only if government forces. If it is so its time to force them.

Sir, Recently I have come across issue of difference in date of birth in official documents. Some documents are having one dob while others are having another. Passport authorities are saying that they will consider one while school administration is considering another. There is no mechanism by the government except court to sort this and declare which one is correct. I suggest my respected PM to address this issue and make a tribunal for such cases to approach charging appropriate fee and let the tribunal resolve this issue. Once resolved by tribunal the dob accepted by tribunal will never be changed in life and all the government offices will be bound to change their record as per directive of the tribunal. I think every one should get a chance to be heard in has committed some mistake. since this is impacting a large no of citizens, if considered by our PM, it will be a beg relief for all concerned.
