Similarity commercial complex like hotel, they provision basement for parking but actually using for banquet and party hall and on the contrary they raise height of building in the name of parking. large number of commercial complexes are being permitted or residential areas being converted with no provision of parking or other civic amenities like drinking water and common washrooms. As our population is growing rapidly none of the civil works should happen without proper plan.
