नमस्कार मोदी जी हर रोज कुछ नई योजना आती है, फिर भी कहीं कमी है। सुधार जरूरी है इसलिए मैंने ग्रामीण विकास चुना इंजीनियरिंग के 10 साल बाद। सरकार की तरफ से इंस्पेक्शन की तरफ ध्यान नहीं दिया जाता। 1.ये काम उन लोगों को फ्री हैंड दिया जाए जो अपनी इच्छा से करना चाहते हैं। मैंने डायरेक्ट ऑनलाइन भी ट्राई किया इंस्पेक्टर पोस्ट पर। कोई रिवर्ट नहीं आया। इस दिशा में थोड़ी गति की आवश्यकता है। 2. सरकारी योजनाओं का कोई प्रचार नहीं होता तो जनता तक नहीं पहुँचती। आज भी 50% लोग, जिनमें मैं भी शामिल हूँ, बहुत कम योजनाओं के बारे में जानते हैं। 3.स्वच्छ भारत अभियान तो चलाया मगर कचरे की शुरुआत जिन फैक्टरियों से हो रही है वहां कोई नियम नहीं 4.शिक्षा नीति,जो सबसे ज्यादा गहन चिंता का विषय है उस पर ही सबसे ज्यादा लापरवाही है। 5. सरकारी पद शिक्षित लोगों को दबा देता है। तो सरकार में ही शिक्षित लोग होने चाहिए। ऐसा नियम भी होना चाहिए। धन्यवाद हमें हमारी बात कहने का मौका मिला। साक्षी खिंची एक युवा आवाज

Respected PM sir ,India’s small electronics manufacturers in 2025 are still grappling with high tariffs and tax compliance burdens, despite some reforms aimed at easing the pressure: Key Challenges Faced by Small Manufacturers.- High Tariffs on Components: Duties on sub-assemblies and parts like PCBA, FPCs, and camera modules increase production costs.- Complex Tariff Structure: Multiple slabs (0%, 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 15%) make compliance difficult.- GST Mismatch: Finished goods like televisions are taxed at 28%, while raw materials are taxed at 18%, leading to input credit losses.- Testing & Certification Costs: These add to operational expenses, especially for smaller players. 5-देश बढ़ते शहरीकरण व जनसंख्या के कारण कूड़े के निस्तारण से जूझ रहा है । स्थानीय निकाय सरकार की नाक के नीचे सफाई कम भ्रष्टाचार ज्यादा कर रहे हैं । प्रत्येक राज्य के बड़े शहरों में भारतीय कूड़ा प्रबंधन व रिसर्च इंस्टीटृयूट बनाये जाये । प्रतिष्ठित औद्योगिक घरानों को ऐसे संस्थान स्थापित करने के लिये निर्देशित किया जा सकता है । नो कूड़ा टालरेन्स की निति अपनाई जाये । सिंगापुर की तरह 100 प्रतिशत कूड़ा निस्तारण कर रिसकाईल्ड वस्तुयें, बिजली, खाद बनाई जाये ।

निम्न सुझाव हैं 1-प्रत्येक इंजीनियरिंग कालेज, पोलिटेक्निक कालेज, फार्मेसी कालेज और आई0टी0आई0 कालेज में रिवर्स इंजीनियरिंग की ब्रान्च खोली जाये । 2-कम से कम प्रत्येक प्रदेश का एक सम्मानित व्यक्ति को दूसरे प्रदेश का राज्यपाल बनाया जाये । जैसे नगालैंड के व्यक्ति को उत्तरप्रदेश का राज्यपाल, मिजोरम के व्यक्ति को तामिलनाडु का । 3-सभी राजमार्गो के साथ साथ पानी की पाईप लाईन, पम्पिंग स्टेशनों व जलाश्यों का नेटवर्क बनाया जाये ताकि अधिक पानी वाले या बाढ़ वाले क्षेत्रों का पानी सूखे वाले क्षेत्रों को पंहुचाया जा सके । 4-आरक्षण को प्रासंगिक बनाया जायें । प्रत्येक वर्ण को बराबर का हिस्सा आवंटित किया जायें । 20 प्रतिशत वैश्य, 20 प्रतिशत ब्रहाम्ण, 20 प्रतिशत क्षत्रिय, 20 प्रतिशत एस0सी0/एसटी व 10 प्रतिशत भूतपूर्व शहीद सैनिक, 10 प्रतिशत अल्पसंख्यको को आरक्षण का हिस्सा आवंटित किया जाये ।
