sir, The working of most of the enforcement agencies in the state & national level are not working responsibly & honestly to strictly check compliance of laid down / applicable regulations, due diligence of good governance, delivery, management of services, following financial regulations & due timely disclosures. No Standard operating practices & reporting has been established, developed & implemented to keep check of their management for their operations, financials, services & reporting. These include; Police, courts, civic bodies, food departments, education departments, technical education, including medical, transport Deptt, medical services, Registration Deptt & many similar. Most enforcement agencies are inflicted with deep level of incipient corruption, where most staff, officers & even senior officers including bureaucrats, who are posted but prefer to just pass time & enjoy perquisites/ facilities/ amenities attached to the post without any effective contributions.

I request focused development of Bihar Tourism, especially in Siwan district which has many important sites like the ancestral home of Dr. Rajendra Prasad and the historic Babadham Shiv Temple. Connecting these places through a heritage & spiritual tourism circuit, improving roads, sanitation, lighting, and building cultural promotion programs will greatly boost Bihar’s image, economy, and employment. Siwan has huge untapped potential, and proper tourism development can transform it into a major growth driver.”
