Sir, I am indeed sad to note that judiciary is worst among the four pillars of democracy. Judges of higher courts want everybody to be transparent except themselves. They don’t want to declare their assets. Over the years, their judgements are by and large anti Hindu and pro Muslim. Mostly they give sermons, but never talk about how to reduce the pending cases. A two-member bench can order Hon’ble President to sign a bill within 2 months which is not there in constitution. Crores of burnt currency with a HC judge is not corruption. They give bail to the corrupt and criminals routinely but question the ED/CBI. I don’t know what examples they are setting. Collegium system is alien to the constitution and root of all evils. We urgently need to revisit NJAC.
