6. National diabets day, Cancer day are celebrating this month. If we see cancer, diabets, Cholesterol issues are like food pattern, lifestyle , not physically active all are causing. In our life style we have to maintain healthy food, exercise, possible physical work, yoga etc can help to FIT India and achieve life goals.

5. All Indian citizen should know about their country, their state, current affairs, HK etc though they done degree or not. This will help to choose write leaders for the country. 4. National education day is on Nov 11th. The NEP 2020 is good and good for our country. People who done Delhi incidents is very shameful. There are doctors involved. Very shameful. Doctors profession is saving lives. But this kind of activity is very bad. They should thrown out of the country as they are taking food , energy everything from here and involving this bad terrorist attacks. The moral education is not there. Some community education in younger age is not alright. Every citizen whoever living in this country think our country is our motherland. Everyone is child. If they don't have gratitude what they are taking from here then they are spoiling their life and others life. They are not eligible to live here. Need to validate and take it.
